Domain Registrations, Dedicated Servers and incorrectly ordered packages are not refundable.

If you ask for your money back for any web hosting package within 60 days of signing up with us we will refund you in full.

All cancellations must be forwarded to our accounts dept. Any other form of notice will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.
